The way through the patio of the foundation house leads visitors to the restaurant “Trencadora”. The cooks create Mediterranean delicacies, using products from the organic farming of the finca Ca’n Sureda. On Mallorca’s balmy evenings, the tables in the romantic ambience of the illuminated garden are of course most popular. Inside, exclusive Mediterranean design creates a very special atmosphere to accompany the culinary delights.
Apart from the excellent cuisine, a chillout bar, an upstairs lounge area and regular live music events steadily attract visitors to the “Trencadora”. By the way, one may admire the restaurant’s namesake in the garden: Trencadora is the Mallorquin name for a traditional almond mill for separating nut and shell that used to be in operation in the building.
